Content Creator Agreement
This Content Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Virtuate Pty Ltd, the developer and operator of Pixadom ("Pixadom", "we", "us"), and you, the person applying to or taking part in the Pixadom Content Creator Program ("you", the "Creator").
You accept this Agreement by ticking "I agree to the Content Creator Agreement" when you apply to the Creator Program. It applies from the moment you apply, and continues if you are accepted into the program. If you do not agree, do not apply.
This Agreement adds to the Pixadom Terms of Service (pixadom.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (pixadom.com/privacy), which also apply to you. If this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter relating to the Creator Program, this Agreement prevails.
Our core values
Pixadom is built to be a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive community where everyone feels safe and respected. We ask every Creator to reflect these values in their content:

- Integrity: be transparent and honest in your content and interactions.
- Positivity: foster a fun, supportive environment for your audience and fellow creators.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
Who can apply
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Pixadom account in good standing, and own or control the channels you list in your application.
Review
Applications are reviewed manually. We consider the audience your content consistently reaches, your current activity and your overall fit with Pixadom. There is no minimum follower count. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, and we are not required to give reasons for a decision.
Accurate information
The information in your application must be true and kept up to date. You must tell us if you stop controlling a channel you listed.
Re-applying
If your application is not accepted, you may re-apply after the waiting period shown in the application form or in our reply.
2. Content guidelines
Follow the Pixadom rules
Follow all Pixadom game rules and community guidelines, in game and in your content. Do not use, show or encourage exploits, bugs, cheats or account sharing.
Avoid misinformation
Do not spread false information about Pixadom or its development. Pixadom changes quickly; say clearly when something you show is in progress, subject to change or speculative.
Keep it safe and friendly
Harassment, bullying, hate speech and discrimination of any kind are not allowed, in your content, your chat or your community spaces.
Pixadom is for players aged 18 and over. Do not target or encourage anyone under 18 to join Pixadom.
No misleading clickbait
Titles, thumbnails and descriptions must reflect the real Pixadom experience. Do not promise rewards, features or giveaways that do not exist.
Respect creative integrity
Be as creative as you like, but do not claim Pixadom features, assets or ideas as your own. Credit Pixadom for in-game assets and designs. Fan-made content is welcome.
Collaboration over competition
We encourage Creators to work together on events, co-streams and collaborations, and to lift up the wider community, including creators outside the program.
3. Disclosure and advertising law
Disclose clearly
You must clearly disclose your relationship with Pixadom whenever you promote it, including that you are a Pixadom creator, that you earn rewards for referrals, and any sponsored content, free items or early access you received. Use each platform's built-in paid-promotion label where one exists.
Follow the law
You are responsible for following the advertising and consumer-protection laws that apply to you and your audience, such as the Australian Consumer Law, the US FTC Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP Code.
4. Referral link, points and levels
Your referral link
Once accepted and activated in game, you receive a personal referral link and handle. Share it only in ways that comply with this Agreement and the rules of the platform you share it on.
Earning points
You earn creator points when players who join through your link take qualifying actions, such as reaching playtime milestones or making purchases. The current point values are published on the Creator Program page and in your in-game creator dashboard. Points keep accruing for as long as a referred player stays active.
Lifetime and spendable points
Your lifetime points decide your creator level, from Level 1 to Level 10. Spendable points can be exchanged for rewards in your creator dashboard. Spending points does not reduce your lifetime points or your level.
No cash value
Points, levels and rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, traded or combined with another account.
Fair play
We may withhold, adjust or remove points, levels and rewards, and remove you from the program, if we reasonably believe they came from self-referral, multiple or fake accounts, bots or other automated means, paid or incentivised sign-ups we have not approved, or any other abuse.
Changes
We may change point values, milestones, levels and rewards at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not remove points you have already validly earned.
5. Creator perks and rewards
Level 1, badge, nametag and leaderboard
Approval gives you your referral link and creator dashboard straight away; perks are earned. Creators who reach Level 1 (200 lifetime points) receive a creator badge, nametag and profile border, and can use the in-game /startlive and /stoplive commands to show when they are streaming. The badge and nametag progress with your level, and you may appear on the public creator leaderboard.
Redemption codes and exclusive items
Redemption codes and exclusive creator items are for giving away, free of charge, to your audience. Aim to give each item to a different person. You may not keep them for personal use beyond what we allow, sell them, auction them, or exchange them for money or anything of value. Undistributed codes or items may expire or be removed.
Gem codes
At higher levels you may unlock Gem codes, subject to a monthly allowance we set. The same rules as for redemption codes apply.
Misuse
We may cancel codes and remove items obtained through misuse, including from the accounts of the people who received them.
6. Referral welcome gifts
Starter packs
New players who join through your link may receive a free welcome gift, such as the Terrawood Starter Pack, with an in-game notice naming you as the gift-giver. Welcome gifts are provided by Pixadom, are limited to one per new account, and may change or end at any time.
7. Referred players' information
What you can see
Your creator dashboard shows the Pixadom usernames of players you referred and the lifetime points each has earned you.
How you may use it
Use this information only to run your creator activity in Pixadom. Do not publish it, share it, use it to contact players outside Pixadom, or combine it with other data about them, unless the player has clearly agreed. Do not use it to harass, shame or pressure any player about their activity or purchases.
8. Confidential information
Previews and private channels
Content shared with you in the private creator Discord channel or elsewhere before public release, including previews of upcoming features, is confidential. Do not share, show or describe it publicly until we announce it or give you written permission.
9. Intellectual property
Using Pixadom in your content
While you take part in the program, you may capture, stream and publish Pixadom gameplay, and use the Pixadom name, logo and in-game assets in your content, as long as the use follows this Agreement and does not suggest that your content is official Pixadom content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Pixadom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to share, embed, feature and promote your Pixadom-related content on our channels, with credit to you.
Your creator identity
You grant Pixadom a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for as long as you take part, to display your creator name, handle, badge, nametag, leaderboard position and the channel links you provide, in game and in materials promoting the Creator Program.
10. Promotion and paid opportunities
Promoting you
We may promote your streams, videos and other content through our official channels, including social media, Discord, in-game news and email. We are not obliged to promote any particular content.
Paid opportunities
Reaching Level 10 makes you eligible to discuss paid opportunities with us, such as sponsored videos, seasonal campaigns or revenue share. Reaching any level does not entitle you to payment. Any paid arrangement must be agreed in a separate written agreement signed by Virtuate Pty Ltd.
11. Our relationship
Independent creator
You take part as an independent creator. Nothing in this Agreement makes you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Pixadom, and you may not make commitments or statements on our behalf.
No obligation to post
There is no required posting schedule or minimum number of posts or streams.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards or payments you receive.
12. Inactivity, suspension and leaving
Inactivity
If you are inactive for an extended period, your eligibility for new rewards may be paused. Contact us to reactivate it.
Breach
If you breach this Agreement or the Terms of Service, we may warn you, pause your referral link, remove rewards obtained through the breach, suspend you from the program or remove you from it. Serious breaches may lead to removal without a warning.
Leaving
You may leave the program at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may also end the program, or your participation, at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
What happens after
When your participation ends, your referral link stops earning points, your licence to use Pixadom assets under section 9.1 continues only for content you published before the end date, and the confidentiality obligations in section 8 continue. Badges and items you validly earned stay on your account unless they were obtained through a breach.
13. Changes to this Agreement
Updates
We may update this Agreement. We will tell you about significant changes through the creator Discord channel, your creator dashboard or email. If you keep taking part after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you may leave the program.
14. Liability
Terms of Service apply
The disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution terms in the Pixadom Terms of Service apply to the Creator Program. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Your content
You are responsible for your content and for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish on.
15. General
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in the Pixadom Privacy Policy, including the Creator Program sections.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Creator Program. It replaces the earlier Pixadom Pilot Content Creator Program guidelines.
Severability and assignment
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest continues. You may not transfer this Agreement. We may transfer it to a successor operator of Pixadom.
